Sushi Night Every Thursday!
By popular demand, every Thursday night from 6-9 p.m. is Lennie’s Sushi Night! The crew will be creating the specialty makizushi, nigiri, and specialty rolls in Casagranda’s back dining room. Come early, stay late, sip on Sapporo, but most of all, enjoy Butte’s one and only Sushi Night, every Thursday at Casagranda’s Steakhouse! Konichiwa!
Starters
Asian Green Beans– Fresh green beans served with an ancient chinese secret sauce
Edamame– Steamed soybeans in the pod served with our Asian glaze
Seaweed Salad
Miso Soup– recipes vary weekly
Sashimi
Ahi Tuna– Served with Asian glaze, wasabi, and Thai sauce
Tenderloin Beef– Pepper berry encrusted, seared, and served with a balsamic reduction, Lingonberry glaze and a creamy citrus horseradish

Maki Sushi
Spider Maki- Soft shell crab rolled with cucumber, mild peppers and volcano sauce
Unagi Maki- Eel rolled with cucumber, mild peppers, scallions, and eel sauce
Tekka Maki- Ahi tuna rolled with avocado, mango, papaya, and lime juice
Teko Maki- Octopus rolled with chives, mild peppers, cucumber, and sriracha
Sake Maki- Smoked or fresh salmon rolled with cream cheese, chives, avocado, and sriracha
Hamachi Maki- Yellowtail rolled with cucumber, chives and mango habanera salsa
Specialty Rolls (inside-out rolls)
The Casagranda- Sirloin steak rolled with cream cheese, scallion, mild peppers, dusted with cayenne pepper. can add shrimp.
Tarantula- Tempura soft shell crab rolled with mango, papaya and avocado topped with escolar and sriracha
Fish to the Extreme- Ahi tuna and yellowtail rolled with mango habanera salsa, red peppers, and chives topped with shrimp and fresh salmon
Lenny’s Deep Sea- Octopus and eel rolled with avocado, mango, cucumber, and volcano sauce topped with fresh salmon
Caterpillar- Eel rolled with cucumber and topped with avocado, sesame seeds, and eel sauce
The Flame- Spicy ahi rolled with mango, avocado, scallions, sriracha, and volcano sauce
Kracatoa- Eel rolled with habanera, avocado, scallion, volcano sauce, and eel sauce topped with sriracha
Rainbow roll- cucumbers, mild peppers, scallions, avocado, and volcano sauce topped with escolar, salmon, and yellowtail
Chef’s Choice– ???
Temaki cone shaped sushi

Non-sushi Rolls
We know it silly, but it just wouldn’t be Butte without a little bit of traditional Butte food incorporated into the sushi. So have a little fun and give it a try- there is nothing raw about these rolls.
Pork Chop Roll- an inside-out roll loaded with dill pickle, mustard, onion, cheese, and our homemade pork chop
Chicken Strip Roll- an inside out roll filled with french fries and volcano sauce then topped with chicken strips
